Workshop APD, an American interior design studio, was founded in 1999 by Matt Berman and Andrew Kotchen to design and develop luxury homes and high-end businesses. They are never limited to project types or a single aesthetic orientation. To provide creative, innovative and intelligent solutions, and to integrate the concept of sustainability into a landmark design that meets the expectations of the owners, is poetic and timeless.

An artist's studio converted into a residence, it is an ideal home for a family of five with continuity and elegance. The sophisticated and functional home is connected by a dramatic spiral staircase, with a modern, eclectic decor that reflects the taste and personality of the owners. A turquoise sofa in the center of the living room and a kitchen made of light wood and concrete are the highlights of the house.

Pebble Beach Compound

Pebble Beach别墅，建于1925年，经过Workshop APD的精心修复，赋予了内部优雅的中性色调和现代装饰，与场地周围郁郁葱葱的花园和远处太平洋蔚为绮丽的景观遥相呼应。室内改造了包括浴室、储藏室和厨房在内的部分空间，以折衷主义和中世纪现代家具、丰富的纹理和温暖的木材色调为主要特色。

Pebble Beach House, built in 1925, was lovingly restored by Workshop APD to give the interior an elegant neutral palette and modern decor that echoes the lush gardens surrounding the site and the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean beyond. Part of the interior, including the bathroom, storage room and kitchen, has been transformed to feature eclectic and mid-century modern furniture, rich textures and warm wood tones.

Tribeca Waterfront Apartments, located in 70 Vestry, is one of Tribeca's most important Waterfront areas. The renovation aims to make it a welcoming and relaxing place to live. The space was carefully laid out based on the client's preferred lifestyle, incorporating soft, sculptural furniture and decorative lighting while enhancing the interest of the artwork. Light wood and appropriate metal finishes are repeated throughout the home to create a calm, earthy and natural atmosphere.
