Regents Crescent Apartment

四居室住宅

This four-bedroom home for young families is 4,500 square feet with a 4.25-meter ceiling and floor-to-ceiling Windows overlooking Regent's Park. The interior features a mezzanine level, with spacious living and dining rooms taking up almost the entire space. The house has an elegant and sculptural aesthetic, both influenced by the English style and as a local ornament throughout the interior. Neutral colours and sculptural furniture create a relaxing environment for all family members to relax and play.

Drawing inspiration from the former War Office Building's deep and fascinating heritage, Elicyon presents its presence as a Grade II listed building to commemorate its past. Through a combination of modern ceramics, classical art and antiques, the new and the old are integrated to show the essence of contemporary English houses. The cultural imagery of the Middle East and the Far East is introduced at the same time to create a sense of serene magnificence. The ceiling has an intricate texture, soft green, plant print and natural elements together to create a connection with nature.

The interior of the apartment has a neutral tone, with a balanced palette of raspberry powder, blue and green, all inspired by the reproduction of the surrounding natural environment.
