业主夫妇都出生于伊朗，年幼时随家人移民到洛杉矶，受多重文化的影响，使他们更喜欢具有宁静氛围的现代式住宅。这种房子往往线条简洁、采用天然材料、中性色调，并给人松弛感。Jeremiah Brent对这座建立在爱和传统之上的房子进行了局部改造，定制的白橡木桌可以容纳16个人，适用于每月的家庭聚餐。客厅区布置着一盏稀有的落地灯，灯光开启，晕染出柔和的光影。
The couple, who were both born in Iran, immigrated to Los Angeles with their families at a young age and were influenced by multiple cultures, which made them prefer a modern house with a peaceful atmosphere. These houses tend to have clean lines, natural materials, neutral colors, and a relaxed feel. Jeremiah Brent has made a partial renovation of a house built on love and tradition, with custom white oak tables that can accommodate 16 people for monthly family dinners. The living room area is decorated with a rare floor lamp, the light is turned on, and the shadow is soft.

在Brentwood II项目中，业主夫妇希望住宅成为周末家庭活动的重要场所，他们想在这里享受彼此陪伴的时光，并与朋友和家人重新建立情感的联系。在这个倾向实用主义的家中，起居室与客房有着同样的尺度，充分体现了“娱乐性”的设计理念，人与人之间的互动，使彼此变得更为亲密。
In Brentwood II, the couple wanted the house to be an important place for family activities on weekends, where they wanted to enjoy each other's company and reconnect emotionally with friends and family. In this pragmatic home, the living room and the guest room have the same scale, fully reflecting the design concept of "entertainment", the interaction between people, so that each other become more intimate.

灵魂的塑造

Jeremiah Brent希望为每个项目赋予灵魂，所以住宅由两个主题构成，一个是“光”，他们希望即使是在白天，也能让人感觉到某种情绪，比如黄昏时的浪漫；另一个是“运动”，灵感来自业主芭蕾舞演员的背景，为了实现它，设计师设计了一道胡桃木屏风，有如随风飘扬的丝带般灵动，而一侧的弧形复古沙发也有着类似美感。
Jeremiah Brent wanted to give soul to each project, so the house was composed of two themes, one is "light", they wanted to make people feel a certain mood even in the daytime, such as romance at dusk; The second is "movement", inspired by the background of the owner's ballerina, to achieve this, the designer designed a walnut screen, like a fluttering ribbon, while the curved retro sofa on one side has a similar aesthetic.
